David Copperfield’s Las Vegas estate sprawls 31,000 square feet and is simply magical. The home came with a price tag of $17.55 million and broke the record for the most expensive house purchased in Sin City.
Copperfield purchased the 1.58 acre property with fiance, Chloe Gosselin, in the exclusive gated community of Summerlin. The four storey home along with two guest houses boast amenities like a theatre, golf simulator and a nightclub. If you don’t think that would fill your entertainment needs, there is also a full service spa and of course a wine cellar.
The grounds are filled with tropical landscaping and feature a lavish infinity pool. This one-of-a-kind steel and concrete mansion is nothing less than spectacular.
The estate was built in 2005 and was designed by Swaback Partners based out of Scottsdale. The illusionists residence at The David Copperfield Theatre inside the MGM Grand is only a quick 30 minute drive away from his new abode.
“When people say they can’t do it, that it’s impossible, never lose hope. Just because they couldn’t, doesn’t mean you can’t.”
